1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of the DTC.shop website and the purchase of products through it. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. DTC.shop is operated by a Spanish company with its registered office in Spain.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are described to the best of our ability. Images are for illustration purposes; the actual product may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify product specifications and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the website include Spanish VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate (21%). Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped. We will inform you promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed in EUR. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We ship to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment. We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms vary by product and manufacturer. DTC.shop acts as a reseller and warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Statutory warranty rights under Spanish law remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTC.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
